Overview
Welcome to ePAWs 2.0 grant management solution! This system is designed to streamline and simplify the workflows and will navigate you through each stage of the grant, from the initial proposal submission to the final award closeout.

Getting Started
Login
- Welcome page: If not logged in you will see the Welcome page with options at the left: log in as NU user; sign in or sign up as external user is a future enhancement….
- Log in: Select Login as Northeastern User and you will be directed to the University single sign on experience.
- Single sign on: Follow the process with your University credentials and once the you are authenticated, the application homepage will open.

Navigation and basics
- User role: Make sure you have selected the desired user role. Your role will determine the features and functionalities accessible to you within the system.@Aydin, Dziyana
- Top-level menu: Provides access to your records within the system. Depending on the user role, options may include Dashboard (aka homepage), My Proposals, My Awards, My Transactions, My Reports, My Tools.
- I’d like to menu: Based on your screen resolution, the menu can be located on the right side of the page or under the top-level menu. It displays shortcuts to grant lifecycle features. It is available on the home dashboard and on the record page.
- Personal settings: Profile, Widgets, Logout: Located at the top-level menu at the right side under your name. You can go to the profile and review the data related to you.
- Navigating back: On the majority of pages, there are two ways to go back to the previous page:
- The first is to use your browser’s back button, like on any webpage.
- Alternatively, you can use the breadcrumb links usually located below the page title.
